Brittany Clausen (she/her) is the Founder and Visionary Strategist of Envision Greatness, a firm specializing in leadership development and strategic planning for purpose-driven leaders. With nearly a decade of experience, her work is grounded in her educational background with a B.A. in Psychology and a Master's of Social Work from St. Catherine University, Saint Paul, MN. Brittany currently serves as the Vice President and Racial Justice Chair of the National Association of Social Workers MN Chapter, where she champions social justice in business strategies to maximize community impact.

Leo Wells is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota, having earned their Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Spring 2023, after merging the subjects of African American & African Studies, LGBT Studies, and Gender Women and Sexuality Studies. They have engaged in racial and social justice studies for almost a decade, and have made it their goal to create safe workspaces for marginalized people by working as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion professional.

Stephanie Clausen (she/hers) is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in marketing, sales, and team management. With over 7 years of experience, she excels at building rapport with diverse customers and colleagues. Her expertise spans roles in the hospitality and technology industries. She consistently delivers exceptional service and effective solutions, all while pursuing a commercial modeling and acting career.
Stephanie earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Inver Hills Community College. She also served as the DECA Vice President and was recognized as a National Top 5% performer in the Hospitality sector.

Every year, Envision Greatness offers 1-2 strategic planning projects to small businesses in the community as apart of our mission to help leaders excel, foster growth and advancement for positive change in and outside of the workplace.
