Envision Greatness, founded on January 20, 2017, is a racial justice consulting firm based in the Twin Cities. We help purpose-driven leaders dismantle systemic racism by prioritizing wellness and achieving goals.
Racial inequity sits at the forefront of social injustices as it is embedded systemically and upholds white supremacy, making it unjust for people of color to achieve wealth in all aspects of life. Brittany D. Clausen
Founder & Visionary Strategist
She/Hers
For almost ten years, Brittany Clausen has helped purpose-driven leaders achieve goals through the practice of mindfulness and strategic planning. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master's of Social Work degree from St. Catherine University, Saint Paul, MN. She currently serves as the Vice President and Racial Justice Chair of the National Association of Social Workers MN Chapter. Brittany believes in developing radical solutions through a social justice lens to help individuals acknowledge and understand their level of influence in their communities and use it for good.

Leo Wells

Leo Wells is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota, having earned their Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Spring 2023, after merging the subjects of African American & African Studies, LGBT Studies, and Gender Women and Sexuality Studies. They have engaged in racial and social justice studies for almost a decade, and have made it their goal to create safe workspaces for marginalized people by working as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion professional.
Stephanie Clausen
Marketing Manager

Stephanie Clausen (she/hers) is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in marketing, sales, and team management. With over 7 years of experience, she excels at building rapport with diverse customers and colleagues. Her expertise spans roles in the hospitality and technology industries. She consistently delivers exceptional service and effective solutions, all while pursuing a commercial modeling and acting career.
Stephanie earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Inver Hills Community College. She also served as the DECA Vice President and was recognized as a National Top 5% performer in the Hospitality sector.
